What happens when the clients take the design and finish it - ignoring the drawings. Sited on top of a hill it was designed to sit in the ground lower/more protected. Eliminated the center triangle dormer which left it bilateral/static. Finished it with urethane - had to be stripped off within two years. Even still a successful project. Wish the garages didn't look so much like the front door -originally the house was pivoted so you drove around it somewhat to get to the garages. This made it oriented better for beneficial passive gain as well.
Not bad could have been much better - don't change what you don't know why it was done that way.
