Naughton Residence
Maybe my best house plan ever. Originally designed as a bed and breakfast for the clients it will probably always be a traditional use project. Super efficient plan very nicely zoned for public private relation because the B&B origins. Not all aspects realized at the taking of the photos. Porches to be added and the third floor balcony not built. Very livable - the dining room has an outdoor eating area conveniently located near the kitchen.
