Great project for somewhere else. The clients didn't listen to themselves or what we talked about when we programmed for the project. The foreman preconceived the project and his goals were at odds with the clients. Way over budget. The cart was put before the horse. They built a project as if they were already successful. This type of project should be built with profits from a successful business. Start small and inexpensive then reinvest profits rather than bet the farm with your retirement e funds. I "liked" the design but it was inappropriate for the clientele. and the area in which it was located. I begrudgingly made the foreman's plans work within code and watched the train wreck happen writing letters the whole time to try to limit the fallout.
Great project - wrong time, wrong place.
